About the Role



We are seeking an experienced and organised

Sales Administrator

to join our dynamic estate agency team. This is a key role supporting the sales process from initial listing through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee all sales administration from new property listings to completion Prepare accurate property details, sales correspondence, and marketing materials Updating sales records and tracking figures Upload and maintain listings and client records on CRM systems Liaise professionally with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers Ensure full compliance with AML, GDPR, and company policies Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Manager and wider sales team

About You



Previous experience in estate agency sales administration Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Loop, Jupix) Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
