Overview



EMS, or Environmental Management & Services Ltd, service, maintain, design, and install air conditioning, ventilation, heating and process cooling systems and have done so for over 25 years.

We work directly with customers across the UK specialising in the following sectors, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Higher Education and Healthcare amongst others.

We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our growing Sales team. The individual should be driven, motivated and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking a challenging yet rewarding career in sales support within a professional environment.

Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role is desirable.

Role



Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, and order processing within the CRM system. Monitor sales targets and assist in generating reports for internal and external use. Provide administrative support including data entry and document management. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer service. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups with clients and internal departments. Collaborate with marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Report directly and support the Sales Manager.

Manage workload and ensure key deadlines are met. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Ability to work independently as well as part of a team under tight deadlines. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client enquiries via email or phone. Actively works as part of a team in supporting colleagues where required to ensure all the departmental and Company goals are successfully met. Ensure good relationships are built and maintained with key customers Good IT skills and computer literacy to manage software applications efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00 per year
