You will also benefit from our part time working hours which are 9.30 am to 2.30pm - 15 hrs Per Week over 3 days
The Cadnam showroom team has been celebrating its success since 2002. We have a well-established superb shop displaying the very latest in kitchen door design, appliances, worktop, sink and lighting innovations & technologies.
Our continued growth is largely due to our experienced, committed and highly motivated team. Our designer and administrator, are dedicated to our customers' complete satisfaction and ultimately, their recommendation.
The successful applicant needs to be hardworking, confident, reliable and adaptable with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in both numeracy and literacy. You will be based in our spacious showroom office where you will fulfil the role of Sales Administrator.
To achieve this, you must have experience in the following:
Microsoft Office: Specifically, Outlook, Word & Excel
CompuSoft EQ Software or similar Database System
A competent phone manner
Basic PA skills
All general office skills
The successful applicant also needs to:
Have a proven record in similar previous admin positions
Show Experience of a
CAD
program such as ArtiCAD
Demonstrate excellent communication skills on the phone, hosting of clients and suppliers, order processing, data entry, filing, C/Card processing and all general office skills
Be used to using your own initiative to prioritise your daily tasks and have good organisational skills
Greet new & existing clients that come into the showroom and take new possible leads
Receive and check in small parts deliveries into our small warehouse & PC system
It may be an advantage if you have:
Experience of working in a small friendly & positive Sales/Retail Environment
Have had some experience of renewing Utilities such as gas, water, electric, phones & copiers ETC.
