Responsibilities
Progressing orders and obtaining POD's for customers.
Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Process orders and coordinate with the warehouse.
Manage customer invoicing and supplier purchase orders.
Maintain business records and ensure compliance with administrative procedures.
Prepare shipping labels and coordinate delivery to ensure orders reach customers accurately and on time.
Skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear communication with clients.
Proficient in computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office.
Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Adaptable and willing to take on a variety of tasks to keep things running smoothly.
Additional Information
Working Hours - Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:00 & Fridays 08:30-16:30.
