We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. Duties
Manage and update customer information using CRM software to ensure accuracy and accessibility
Prepare and maintain sales reports using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations and analysis
Assist with processing sales orders, quotations, and invoicing through Sage and other relevant systems
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings, follow-ups, and client appointments using Microsoft Outlook
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client enquiries via email or phone
Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management using Microsoft Word and Office suite programmes
Organise sales documentation, contracts, and correspondence to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company policies
Contribute to the optimisation of sales processes by suggesting improvements based on daily operational experience
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role is preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with CRM software and Sage accounting system is desirable
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Demonstrable IT literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software tools
Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is advantageous
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
