We're now expanding our Sales Support function and are looking for a
Sales Administrator
who can keep our sales and business development team running at full speed. If you're organised, commercially aware and enjoy being at the centre of a busy operation, this role is built for you.
What You'll Do
You'll be the operational link between customers, our sales team and our production partners:
Prepare quotes, process orders and manage customer updates
Support sales and BD with proposals, pricing checks and product research
Liaise with suppliers to confirm lead times, product details and availability
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
Manage inbound enquiries and route them to the right person quickly
Spot issues early and help ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish
Improve workflows and remove bottlenecks wherever possible
What We're Looking For
Ideal candidates bring:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to work quickly without losing accuracy
Confidence using CRMs, email platforms and online systems
A calm, clear communication style
Commercial awareness - understanding pricing, margins and customer expectations
Initiative - taking ownership rather than waiting for instruction
Experience in merchandise/print is useful, but not required
