Based in Telford, Shropshire, our skilled team produce thousands of garments per week, supplying companies, large and small, from across the UK. We use state-of-the-art embroidery and heat transfer machines to brand uniforms for clients as diverse as Vimto, Oxford University and the NHS.

About the role
As a Sales Administrator, you'll provide vital support to the sales team, manage customer enquiries, and help maintain efficient sales operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing quotations
for both new and existing customers.
Managing sales enquiries
-- including occasional face-to-face meetings -- and following up to close sales via phone and email.
Contacting existing and prospective customers
with exclusive offers and tailored advice to develop new sales opportunities.
Providing
outstanding customer service
by identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
Maintaining accurate records
in our CRM and ERP systems.
Supporting the wider sales team
with administrative tasks, meeting preparation, and order management.
