We are looking for a motivated Sales Administrator to join our energetic and cohesive team and help drive the growth and success of our organisation.
You will provide administrative support to the internal sales team, training department and management. You will accurately process sales orders, maintain customer records, prepare sales leads and campaigns. The ability to coordinate across departments and maintain strong customers relationships is essential, as is a professional telephone manner and confidence in making sales calls and handling enquiries.
You will be proficient in maintaining training calendars, ensuring timely communication, handling attendance and training logistics.
Coordination and administration of day-to-day tasks while delivering customer service excellence, is essential.
Strong and practiced communication skills are essential, both verbal and written. You will be proficient in handling and able to work towards deadlines by prioritising your workload.
As a team player, you will have experience in Microsoft Office software packages including Word, Excel and Outlook, quality administration skills, and experience of working in a busy customer focused environment.
