Do you have a can-do attitude towards customer services?
The main purpose of this role is to support all sales-related administration tasks and support the Sales team daily.
Some of your duties will include:
Working collaboratively with the Account Managers, assisting with preparing quotations
Prioritising customer orders and telephone queries
Liaising with other departments involved in the order process to ensure products are dispatched on time and delivery deadlines are met
Printing order documentation, completing customer filing, responding to emails, and handling post duties
The ideal candidate:
Must enjoy working in a customer-focused role and office/telephone environment.
Previous experience in a sales support, coordination, or an administration role is essential.
Must come with excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude, and strong all-round communication abilities.

Pay: 25,000.00-26,000.00 per year
