Duties
Provide administrative support to the sales team
Process sales orders and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers.

Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.
