Job Description

Founded in 1999, Ecolution Group provides renewable energy and property maintenance services to the commercial and social housing sectors. Our dedicated team design, supply, install and provide maintenance for all of our clients' renewables requirements.

You will work at the Head Office, within our Sales Team in West Malling, Kent, where your primary role will be to provide administration to all incoming and outgoing Sales functions. You will be responsible for organising teams and departments to cohesively provide clients with clear estimates and quotes for all types of renewables solutions. We are looking for a motivated and organised administrator to serve as a point of contact for our clients.

Role & Responsibilities

Formulate and manage quotations Identify opportunities for the Sales Team Use various tools to highlight potential opportunities to the Sales Team Follow up with potential clients for feedback on behalf of Sales Leads Liaise with our Technical Team for design and initial quotations Manage Ecolution's Enquiries mailbox Handover of secured projects and their related documentation to the Operations Team Update Sales Forecasting on a scale of probability wins Update PQQs (pre-qualification questionnaires) Client Relationship Management
