Incatext Ltd, a commercial furniture manufacturer, are looking for an experienced and highly organised Administrator with a keen eye for detail to join our friendly office team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled administrator who enjoys a varied role, takes pride in accuracy, and can confidently manage tasks using their own initiative.
You will play a key role in supporting our sales, production, and delivery processes, while also having the opportunity to develop your skills and progress within the business.
At Incatext Ltd, we support internal development, and this role offers scope to move into other areas of the business such as Sales, Accounts, or Marketing as your experience and interests grow.
Key Responsibilities (not exhaustive):
Preparing and issuing customer quotations
Managing and responding to emails in a timely manner
Answering incoming calls from customers and suppliers
Booking in deliveries and collections
Allocating stock to orders and raising sales invoices
Updating and distributing the daily sales log
Accurately inputting orders onto the Sage system
General filing of orders and factory documentation
Printing delivery notes and planning driver routes in line with schedules
Liaising with customers regarding delivery times and any delays
Booking carriers and arranging product collections
Raising, logging, and escalating any issues that arise
Monitoring the sales inbox and ensuring all enquiries are dealt with promptly or passed to the relevant team member
Supporting the Sales, Purchasing, and Accounts teams with day-to-day administrative tasks
