1. Load customer orders accurately and promptly as per the contract review process.
2. Identify orders that are NPI or require re-quotation and keep customer informed of their order progression.
3. Maintain a regular review of quotes and NPI to ensure they are being completed in time by the Business to satisfy customer expectations.
4. Liaise with the Operations manager to ensure any delays are communicated and orders updated and communicated to customers.
Job Purpose
Responsible for the review, inputting and confirmation of customer orders. Ensure that order lead times are accurately acknowledged with reference to internal lead time and capacity.
