Toolpak are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our friendly and professional team in Wrexham, to cover maternity leave. This is a varied and dynamic role that plays a crucial part in the day-to-day operations of our business, supporting both the accounts and sales internal teams.
Industry knowledge useful but not essential.
Duties
Order Processing
: Taking and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, via email and telephone.
Customer Service
: Answering customer questions, addressing enquiries, and providing after-sales support.
Communication and Collaboration
: Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless sales processes. Communicating effectively with customers and the sales team. Providing support to the sales team to help them meet their goals.

: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to orders, accounts, and other sales-related matters
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm with 1 hour for lunch
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 9 months
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 32.5 per week
