Sales Administrator

Batchelors Motor Group are looking for an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join their expanding team in York. Batchelors Motor Group have locations in York, Malton, Ripon and Otley and represent Omoda, Jaecoo, Suzuki, Renault and Dacia.

Job Purpose:

The job role will encompass the day to day administration for vehicle sales across the group. You will need to have a keen eye for accuracy to ensure that paperwork is completed with the detail required.

Our role here at Batchelors will involve working closely with our Accounts department to ensure key information is filtered through to the right departments.

Salary:

28,000 per annum

Hours:

Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Taxing Used Cars Completing Change of Ownership for Used Cars Registering and Taxing New Cars through the correct channels Invoicing New and Used Cars Adding Supplementary costs to stock cards for preparation. Purchasing costs Ensuring that Key detail and information is correct and correcting if errors are found Checking sales reports and reconciling to ensure information is correct Checking stock reports Vehicle stock reconciliation Chasing manufacturer bonus's Other usual daily tasks that are expected from a Sales Administration Role
