Hillmount Belfast is currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. In this important role, you will manage stock and work with our (EPOS) system. The responsibilities of this position may vary seasonally; during the spring and summer months, you will focus on furniture and BBQ's, while in the winter, your focus will shift to 'all things Christmas'. Duties

Managaing stock on the Website
Selling garden furniture and BBQ's
Process orders, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Handling queries and emails
Answering telephone calls
Possible shop floor duties
Customer Service
Experience
Previous experience in a sales administration or similar role is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on customer service.
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent organisational skills.

Shop Hours
: Mon-Saturday 9am- 6pm (5:30pm in quieter months)
Sunday 12pm-5:30pm

Pay to be discussed depending on experience

Pay: 12.90-14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
