Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor to join our Hair Loss team in Derby. No prior knowledge of Hair loss or Trichology is required. Training is provided.

. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales to achieve commission.

Duties:
- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide product information, demonstrate features, and assist customers in making informed purchase decisions
- Actively promote special offers, discounts, and loyalty programmes to enhance sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organised sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively
- Administer Treatments
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or queries

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a retail sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work well independently
- Proficient in using technology such as POS systems and basic computer applications
