The Role
We're looking for a proactive, consultative
Sales & Account Manager
to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for expanding our reach across councils, NHS organisations, and care providers -- showcasing how our data services and software can transform decision-making and deliver measurable savings.
This role combines new business development with account management and requires someone comfortable delivering
SaaS product demos
, building trusted relationships, and communicating complex data insights clearly and persuasively.
You'll also contribute to
marketing and thought leadership
activities -- such as writing articles, case studies, and client stories -- helping to strengthen Valuing Care's position as the industry specialist.
You'll maintain the social media output for the company, i.e managing the company LinkedIn page, and generate sales leads through social media, company website, exhibitions and events as well as direct marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities with councils, NHS bodies, and care providers
Deliver engaging
software and data service demonstrations
to senior stakeholders
Manage existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities
Produce and contribute to marketing content, such as articles or insights pieces
About You
You'll likely have:
Proven
sales and/or account management
experience (B2B or public sector preferred)
Experience in
SaaS, or data-driven services
Excellent presentation and communication skills -- especially for remote and in-person demos
A consultative, relationship-led approach to selling
Strong written skills and an interest in contributing and maintaining marketing content
(Bonus) Understanding of
social care or healthcare commissioning
