Overview:

Do you want to do something that makes a real difference? At White Pineapple we help people reconnect with what matters most through meaningful photography experiences.

We are looking for someone to help us fill our photographic studio with families, baby's and pets by calling people who have enquired about a photographic experience with us.

Due to a influx of enquiries we are seeking someone to support the team over the next 3 months and if the volume persists, it could become a permanent position. You will give the customers an overview of the exciting things to come and booking them into our diary.

The Experience:

Based out of our stunning barn conversion studio, in the beautiful floodplain forest nature reserve.

You will work amongst a team of creative individuals focussed on delivering truly meaningful experiences for every single customer that comes through our doors.

As a bookings advisor you have a key role and are the first step in their journey, building energy and enthusiasm for the experience they are about to partake in.

The Role:

Our studio is ready to be filled with energised customers. We know customers are created, not found so your natural charisma and belief in our experience will flow through the phone.

We have hundreds of enquiries for photoshoots every month, your role is to call those people, build great connections and fill our diary.

We are looking for someone to join us on a part time basis, 5 days x 5hrs (25 Hours/week) Exact shifts can be discussed but will take place between the hours of 9:30am and 6pm.

Naturally enthusiastic and social. Empathetic and able to relate to mothers and pet owners. A great active listener. Determined and results focussed. Someone who thrives being busy, productive and working quickly through lists.
*Prior experience in a role making regular outbound phone calls is essential.

Having grown so much recently we have a backlog of customers waiting to be booked in. We therefore would like to find someone who is available to start as soon as possible.
