Fast Forward Vocational Training Ltd is seeking a proactive and driven Sales & Contracts Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales & Contracts Coordinator, you will be responsible for liaising with schools and local authorities within your dedicated region to recruit students onto our courses and handle the administration of each contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Recruitment:

Identify and engage with schools and local authorities to promote Fast Forward Vocational Training Ltd courses.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to generate interest and secure enrolments.

Contract Administration:

Manage the administration process for each student contract, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate smooth onboarding of students onto courses.

Provide ongoing support to stakeholders throughout the duration of their contracts.

Regional Management:

Take ownership of your dedicated region, monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored strategies for increasing enrolment and maximizing revenue within your region.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or contract administration preferred but not essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.

Knowledge of the education sector and vocational training programs is advantageous but not essential.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 3:00pm, Term time only (Paid across all 12 months).
