As our bookings continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and organised Sales & Customer Experience Specialist to join our friendly and dynamic head office team in Corby.

The Role

This is a proactive sales and relationship-focused position, responsible for guiding both new and existing schools to select the most suitable workshops for their needs and ensuring they receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively follow up with schools on the day of their workshop to secure future bookings and recommend additional workshops throughout the academic year. Develop and maintain trusted relationships with schools, offering tailored recommendations and upselling our workshop range to align with their curriculum and events. Manage new business enquiries via phone and email, conducting consultations to identify requirements and provide suitable recommendations. Compose professional communications that reflect our brand voice and encourage positive booking decisions. Confidently handle objections, matching school needs with the best solutions. Maintain accurate records and manage follow-ups effectively to ensure a seamless customer journey. Manage your own workload and pipeline effectively, proactively seeking new business opportunities or rebooking leads when appropriate
This is not a cold-calling role - you will be working with schools who are already engaged or interested in our services, supporting them to plan their workshops with ease.

We are looking for someone who is:

Friendly, confident, and skilled in building rapport over the phone. An excellent communicator, both written and verbal. Organised, reliable, and proactive. Experienced in sales or customer service (office or phone-based, not retail). Able to identify customer needs and provide tailored recommendations. Positive, resilient, and collaborative, with the ability to work in a close-knit team. Comfortable managing multiple enquiries and a busy inbox. Desirable: Marketing experience.
