Universal Express Distribution is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team in Isleworth. This is a dynamic role perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of telesales and in-person customer interaction. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a key role in driving sales, building strong relationships, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales through outbound and inbound telesales calls. Provide outstanding customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, both over the phone and in person. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise sales. Process customer payments via cash, card, or other methods. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Liaise with the warehouse team to check stock availability and resolve any order issues. Maintain accurate customer records and prepare daily sales reports. Perform general administrative duties to support the sales office.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

Previous experience in a sales, telesales, or customer-facing role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer literacy is essential.
