Location:

Near Indian Queens, Mid Cornwall

Salary:

28,000 per year, with capped OTE of 40,000

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm (some Saturday working may be required)

You do not need previous experience in the window and door industry as full product and systems training will be provided. You will be joining an established sales team who will help mentor and support you through your training, giving you the confidence to develop your own customer relationships and manage your own sales pipeline.

Experience in, or an interest in, design, home improvement, or construction would be desirable.

This role involves meeting customers across Cornwall, helping them choose and design from our range of high quality windows and doors, and guiding them through the process from initial enquiry to installation. You will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets and maintaining professional communication with every customer.

All enquiries are genuine leads, predominantly from recommendations and repeat business. There is no cold calling involved. You will need to be confident speaking with customers over the phone and face to face, well organised, and motivated by achieving results.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with some Saturday work required to fulfil appointments.
