Job Description

RD Leverage is a global supplier to the Plastic Industry supplying specialised tooling worldwide.

The role will include:-

1) Job entries to our CRM system,

2) Running reports,

3) Liaising with manufacturing, engineering, accounts, and logistics.

Main responsibility will be providing administration support to our sales account managers and worldwide customer base.

Full training will be given for the suitable applicant.

The role is office based - 5 days a week.

Remuneration is negotiable.

Duties



Maintain and update client records using CRM software and other organisational tools Assist with sales administration tasks, including processing orders and invoicing Prepare reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word and other MS software Manage correspondence via Microsoft Outlook, ensuring timely responses to clients and internal teams Organise / assist with meetings, appointments, schedules & travel arrangements for the sales team Utilise Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking account activities Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes

Experience



Proven administrative experience, preferably within a sales or customer service environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential Experience with CRM software is highly desirable Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Demonstrated computer literacy and IT competency, including familiarity with various software applications Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with minimal supervision Prior experience in sales administration or customer service roles will be advantageous Foreign languages would be an advantageous but not a necessity
