We are seeking an experienced Sales and Lettings Manager to oversee our lettings department and ensure the effective management of our rental properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. A multilingual background is highly desirable, enabling you to engage with a diverse clientele.

Duties

Manage the day-to-day operations of the lettings department, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Conduct property viewings and provide potential tenants with detailed information about available flats. Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Oversee the marketing of rental properties through various channels, ensuring maximum exposure and quick turnaround times. Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure compliance with legal requirements related to lettings. Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during tenancies in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, communications, and property details in line with company policies. Train and mentor junior staff members within the lettings team to foster a productive work environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales and lettings management role or similar position within the property sector. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in relevant software applications. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are advantageous. A thorough understanding of relevant legislation affecting lettings and property management. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities when required.
