At Curo, we're building the future of new homes through innovative digital marketing and exceptional customer service. We're looking for a proactive Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our dynamic Enterprise Sales team and help us deliver outstanding experiences for our customers.
This varied role puts you at the heart of our sales operation, supporting everything from compliance and customer journeys to digital marketing initiatives and events. You'll work in a fast-paced, digitally-focused environment where no two days are the same.
Working alongside our Marketing Manager and sales team, you'll ensure smooth operations while contributing to exciting marketing campaigns that showcase our developments to potential buyers.
What you'll be doing
Ensuring compliance with customer journey requirements, following NHQB (New Homes Quality Board) guidelines to deliver exceptional service
Managing time-sensitive tasks like customer journey letters and uploading documentation to our portal systems
Working with our finance team to raise purchase orders and ensure supplier invoices are processed correctly
Supporting the delivery of new digital marketing initiatives and helping coordinate events
Managing key administrative tasks including contract checking, price updates, and web portal maintenance
Maintaining accurate records and systems to keep our sales operation running smoothly
Providing essential support that enables our sales team to focus on what they do best

More about you
We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys variety in their work. You'll be highly organised with excellent attention to detail, particularly when handling time-sensitive compliance tasks.
You'll have experience in administration or customer service roles, with the ability to work accurately under pressure. Strong communication skills are essential as you'll work closely with colleagues across different teams including sales, finance, and marketing.
Computer literacy is important as you'll be using various systems and portals daily. We value people who are proactive, flexible, and can adapt to the changing needs of our digitally-driven marketplace.
Whether you've worked in sales support, marketing administration, property, or other customer-focused environments, your transferable skills could be perfect for this role. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us and contribute to delivering excellent customer experiences.
