Autopack are an independent leading supplier of packaging machinery to the food, beverage, chemical and home care sectors

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have invested in people and systems to accommodate the successful growth of the company. The next phase requires an enthusiastic and driven person to be the link between our marketing functions and external sales team. Your role will be focused on qualifying and distributing sales leads, managing various lead generation systems and being a key point of contact for all of our external marketing agencies. This role will suit someone who has great communication skills and a passion for digital marketing tools.

MAIN RESPONSIBILIITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO;

Monitor and manage the company's inbound email inbox and website enquiry submissions, ensuring timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.

Receive, qualify, and allocate sales leads generated via inbound telephone enquiries.

Administer and maintain the company's website tracking and lead intelligence system (Lead Forensics).

Manage and oversee the company's CAPEX project identification tool (Protel).

Liaise with external marketing and PR agencies to support brand and campaign objectives.

Monitor SEO performance and collaborate with the SEO agency to optimise website visibility and rankings.

Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency.

Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and ongoing maintenance of data within the CRM system.

Support the development and execution of industry-specific marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.

Assist with the preparation of case studies, advertisements, and promotional content for industry publications.

Assist with lead generation activities and market research to support sales growth.

Assist with the management, control, and update all sales and marketing collateral.

Assist with the planning, coordination, and attend industry trade shows and events as required.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales and marketing team.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence liaising across internal teams and external agencies

Strong administrative capability, with a structured and methodical approach to work

Proactive and self-motivated, able to identify opportunities and take initiative without close supervision

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data from CRM systems, website analytics, and SEO reports

Technically confident, with experience using CRM platforms, website content management systems, and lead tracking tools

Commercially aware, with an understanding of lead generation, sales pipelines, and marketing performance

Collaborative team player, able to work effectively with sales, marketing, and PR stakeholders

Creative thinker, capable of contributing ideas for campaigns, case studies, and promotional materials

Adaptable and flexible, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Professional and reliable, representing the company effectively at trade shows and industry events

Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
