Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth. This position requires a strong understanding of B2B sales, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in Salesforce.

Position Overview



This role combines strategic marketing, proactive sales, and account management to support Managed Water Services' ongoing delivery of services and expansion across multiple industries. Playing a key part in driving new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and enhancing the company's brand presence through targeted marketing initiatives.

Generate leads via physical cold-calling, phone calls, sending emails, attending trade shows. Support the Southern and Northern Business Development Managers (BDMs) with potential opportunities that come for them via our website or hello email address. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, creating reports within Salesforce to assist with this.
Checking of customer and account manager actions

Updating of quote status' as required

Plan, create, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Develop and distribute content for email marketing, social media, brochures etc. (and deal with auto-responses, bounce-backs, opt-out requests and queries). Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant (acting as the central point for any changes). Act as secondary point of contact for BDM's Customer liaison on reports generated by systems Provide cover for BDM's when they are on holiday (reviewing lab results, processing POs, issuing quotes and dealing with customer queries). Support BDM's with LRA quotes, training quotes, contract renewals and compliance-related quotations (including price reviews, specification reviews and instructing operations on accurate setup once orders received). Maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive and responsive support (including phone calls to the office, emails sent to customer care mailbox, emails sent to hello distribution and emails forwarded from colleagues). Coordinate with internal teams (sales, engineers, operations, IT/technical) to ensure excellent service delivery (including weekly meetings with BDM's) Oversee the annual compliance communication campaign for customers (including managing mass email distribution and content review). Create and manage Customer feedback campaigns and prize draw campaigns

Skills



Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of achieving targets. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in Salesforce for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
