We are a dynamic and growing company based in Liverpool, specialising in electric home appliances. With a strong presence across multiple online platforms, including Amazon, eBay, and Shopify, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products and service to our customers. We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team and drive the growth of our wholesale and retail sales channels.

Job Responsibilities



As our Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving and delivering sales especially wholesale orders. Your main responsibilities will include:

Proactively generate and convert sales leads through wholesale and retail channels. Prepare and present tailored sales pitches or product demos to potential customers, retailers, or distributors. Attend local trade shows, exhibitions, or events to represent the brand and identify new business leads. Coordinate promotional campaigns, flyers, business events, or partnerships with influencers and businesses. Represent the brand professionally and develop strong connections with local businesses and authorities. Maintain a customer database or CRM, track communication and follow-ups. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activity. Support team members in increasing online sales through effective strategies and content. Manage and grow the company's social media presence, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube etc. Regularly create and post engaging social media content aligned with the brand's voice and goals. Monitor performance of marketing campaigns and social content using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, or TikTok Analytics. Assist with order dispatch coordination and warehouse support when required.

Requirements



To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a relevant industry. High level of business acumen with a strong understanding of profit and loss. Confidently demonstrate and explain electric home appliances to potential customers. Sell effectively via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written). Good grasp of digital marketing basics, including email marketing and SEO. Ability to work with basic design tools like Canva or Adobe Express for creating social media assets. Strong problem-solving mindset with a "can-do" attitude. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. Thrives in a small, collaborative team and appreciates flexibility in the work environment. Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Full UK driving licence (especially if travelling to clients or trade events).

Desirable (Preferred but not essential)



Experience selling to businesses (B2B). Experience selling to large retailers and supermarket chains. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, etc.) is a plus.
