Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in promoting our educational programs, including IGCSE, AS, A-Level, and CPD-accredited courses, through innovative digital marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, executing email campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance to drive enrollment and brand awareness.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible to: Sales and Marketing Manager
Responsible for: Digital marketing campaigns for IGCSE, AS, A-Level, and CPD-accredited courses

Key Relationships:

INTERNAL
Collaborate with the Admissions team, Sales and Marketing teams, Senior Management Team, Academic team, and support teams (e.g., accounts, finance, admin, reception, and Student Services).

EXTERNAL
Engage with stakeholders such as the British Council, ASIC, WEBA AGENT, English UK schools, overseas schools offering IGCSE/A-Level/CPD courses, embassies, consulates, international schools, colleges, universities, parents, agents, corporate companies, and overseas government departments.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Digital Marketing Executive at Oxford College of Education, you will drive the promotion of our educational programs through digital channels. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote IGCSE, AS, A-Level, and CPD-accredited courses to students, schools, and corporate clients globally. Creating and managing engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google My Business) to enhance brand visibility and drive enrollment. Designing and implementing targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote educational opportunities to segmented audiences. Producing high-quality marketing materials, including posters, banners, flyers, and course catalogs, in collaboration with the marketing team. Optimizing website content and landing pages to improve SEO rankings and user engagement. Analyzing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM platforms to measure ROI and refine strategies. Managing paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize reach and conversions. Collaborating with the Business Development team to align digital marketing efforts with recruitment goals for overseas schools, universities, and corporate clients. Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to ensure Oxford College of Education remains competitive in the digital space. Representing the college at virtual events, webinars, and online fairs to promote courses and build partnerships. Supporting the creation of multimedia content, such as videos and infographics, to showcase the college's offerings and facilities. Providing monthly reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager and Senior Management Team on campaign performance, opportunities, and recommendations.
Key Requirements:

Proven ability to create and manage successful digital marketing campaigns for educational or similar sectors. o Expertise in social media management, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising. o Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or similar platforms. o Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and graphic design. o Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
Person Specification

Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing trends, CPD courses, IGCSE, and A-Level qualifications. o Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a strong emphasis on content creation, social media management, and campaign execution. o Skills: Excellent communication, creative, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. o Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. o Circumstances: Able to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, to meet campaign deadlines.
