We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective Sales and marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strong communication abilities to engage with our target market effectively.
Duties
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content that resonates with our audience while promoting brand awareness.
Utilise Google Ads to drive traffic and generate leads through targeted advertising efforts.
Collaborate with the sales team to create B2B marketing materials that effectively communicate our value proposition.
Write compelling copy for various marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and online content.
Analyse campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and optimise future marketing efforts.
Work with Adobe software to design visually appealing marketing collateral that aligns with brand guidelines.
Maintain an organised schedule and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
Proven experience in a marketing role with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive content in English.
Familiarity with Google Ads and social media management tools is essential.
Create engaging content for various maketing channels- social media, email, websites etc
Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and campaign performance metrics.
Produce sales support to team members , where required produce quotes.
Ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is desirable.
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
