Horton Grange Country House -- an exclusive-use wedding venue in the heart of Northumberland -- is looking for a proactive and highly organised

Wedding Sales & Marketing Executive

to join our growing team.

This is a full-time role ideal for someone confident in handling enquiries, skilled at follow-up, and excited to help grow our venue's presence through digital channels. Very occasional weekend work will be required for open days or busy booking periods.

Horton Grange offers intimate, exclusive-use weddings in a picturesque countryside setting. Known for our warm, personal service and beautifully tailored celebrations, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional experiences for every couple.

About the Role:



You'll be the first point of contact for couples enquiring about weddings at Horton Grange -- responding promptly, booking viewings, and following up to help guide couples toward securing their big day with us. You'll also help manage our social media platforms, creating engaging content that showcases our venue and drives interest.

Key Responsibilities:



Managing and creating content & campaigns for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads Responding to wedding enquiries via email, phone, and social media Securing strong viewing appointments and maintaining timely follow-ups Keeping data capture, records and CRM data accurate and up to date Assisting with the planning and promotion of open days and key events Collecting & Responding to online reviews to maintain our reputation

What We're Looking For:



Friendly and confident communicator, both written and verbal Highly organised, with great attention to detail Comfortable using social media platforms for business Experience in admin, sales or marketing (wedding/event background a plus!) Creative mindset and a proactive, team-player attitude Willingness to occasionally work weekends during peak seasons or events
