Role Overview

We are seeking a

Sales and Marketing Executive

to support the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns and ensure smooth marketing operations. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys executing marketing activities with precision.


You will play a key role in campaign delivery, asset management, and reporting, enabling the Senior Marketing Manager to focus on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Execute marketing campaigns across digital and postal channels (e.g., ad uploads, email builds, fulfilment coordination). Manage and distribute digital assets and content across platforms. Maintain data integrity within HubSpot and support campaign reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials. Assist in refining marketing processes and improving operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in a marketing or sales support role. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working with marketing systems (e.g., HubSpot, email platforms, asset libraries). Eager to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment. Reliable and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Desirable Skills

Experience with CRM platforms (especially HubSpot). Familiarity with email marketing tools and campaign analytics. Basic understanding of digital marketing principles. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
