We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
This role requires strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs, as well as proficiency in to manage customer relationships and track marketing performance.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate with sales teams to create targeted campaigns.
Manage leads, tracking customer interactions, and reporting on campaign performance.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to improve customer engagement.
Establish strong relationships with customers.
Qualifications
Experience in a marketing/sales/customer service roles is desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions on how to improve marketing strategy and boost sales.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
