Debate Academy

, we help children in primary schools build confidence, curiosity and communication through debating and public speaking.

We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people and seeing results. Your job will be to reach out to schools, speak with headteachers and book meetings for our founder. You will research schools, send friendly emails, make calls and follow up to keep our pipeline moving.

If you are confident, organised and like a clear target, you will fit right in.

What You Will Do

Research and contact schools across the North West Send personalised emails and make follow-up calls Connect with headteachers on LinkedIn and X Keep our lead tracker updated and accurate Book meetings directly into the diary Test new outreach ideas to improve results Assistant with marketing strategy
What We Are Looking For

Experience in lead generation, outreach or telesales Friendly, confident communicator Reliable, consistent and self-motivated Enjoys purposeful work and seeing clear outcomes
The Details

15 to 20 hours per week (3 to 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, term time only) 950 to 1,100 per month depending on experience All school holidays off Flexible hours that fit around family life
