Sales and Marketing Executive

Wren & Berry Group is a drinks business based just north of York. We sell our own brands, Kin Vodka and Hedgerow Spirits & Liqueurs and, under Sloemotion Distillery, we produce private label goods for some of the UK's most prestigious brands.

We are a small team of 15. Our main office and production facility is in rural North Yorkshire with a satellite office in Ulverston, Cumbria. Our distillery has a strong environmental ethos with our energy-saving iStill at the heart of the business, innovative ways to minimise waste and use of foraged ingredients with lots of other green practices.

The Sales and Marketing Executive will work closely with the Directors of Wren and Berry to co-ordinate the organisation's communication and contact strategy to consumers and customers, including managing our Amazon Seller account, social media and events. This role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) and is office-based. You'll need a car as the distillery is in a rural location.

Set up, manage and optimise product listings on our Amazon Seller account, working closely with our external agency.

Set up, manage and optimise product listing across our websites, using the Shopify platform.

Maintain and update stock pricing, images and descriptions across all platforms.

Manage promotional campaigns and product launches across all platforms, ensuring stock levels are adequate and pricing is accurate.

Maintain and expand Wren and Berry's presence across social media platforms.

Create engaging content, including blog posts, product guides and videos across our social media platforms, working closely with the Sales Team.

Support the Operations Team by taking orders over the phone and managing email orders when required.

Work with the Sales Team on targeted campaigns, telephoning existing and new customers to obtain orders.

Assist in producing the show plan for our Hedgerow brand

. Co-ordinate shows, including booking of the event, hiring temporary contractors, attending events and managing the PR.

. Assist in the organisation of events at the new bar space at Green Farm, including researching invitees, publicising the space and hosting events.

You will have:

1 year + experience with e-commerce platforms. Shopify and Amazon Seller experience is a plus.

Excellent communication and networking skills.

Proven experience managing social media accounts and growing customer engagement.

Strong, creative copywriting skills.

Organisational and project management skills.
