Overview of Job Role
We are seeking a passionate
'Sales and Marketing Manager' (Client Relationship Manager)
to join us in the exciting journey of opening of Aston Manor Care Home. This pivotal role requires an individual who can drive sales growth and enhance our brand presence in the community. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of people skills and creativity, enabling them to embark on a journey of relationship-building and community engagement.
Hours of Work:
40 hours per week
(8.30am - 5pm)
Competitive package of
OTE 55,000 per year
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and represent Aston Care Home brand as the first point of contact with prospective clients, families and the local community.
Ensure delivery of smooth and seamless experience for clients in their journey transitioning into the Care Home.
Work closely with General Manager in understanding and exceeding the occupancy targets in line with the agreed weekly fee rates.
Build trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Actively get involved in the community and liaise effectively with all individuals and organisations in-charge for placement referrals.
Understand the local competition and project the Care Home in positive light clearly communicating the culture, values and unique selling points to our prospective clients.
Create avenues for lead generation and ensure there is a system in place for pipeline of enquiries on a consistent basis and manage the enquiry management system.
Rollout robust business development plans working closely with the General Manager and Senior Management team to raise the profile of Aston Care Home.
Take ownership on planning and leading networking events within and outside the Care Home.
Ensure that the marketing suites are well organized and maintained for a successful show around.
Actively track and produce reports on sales metrices and identify areas of improvement.
Prepare and ensure thorough compliance with implementing robust placement contracts.
Liaise with the administration team to communicate all financial aspects in relation to the admission of clients.
Hold sales and marketing training sessions with the wider Care Home team to ensure that all team members understand their role in creating brand value.
About You
Demonstrable track record in sales and marketing with excellent negotiating skills.
Strong commercial awareness with a robust understanding of occupancy management.
Good track record in networking and relationship building within the local community.
Ability to lead and organise sales events within the Home and the local community.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a people first approach.
High proficiency in the use of MS Office suite and other relevant IT systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritise and take ownership of this role with confidence and discretion.
Work flexibly and collaboratively with the team.
Qualification in sales and marketing is desirable but not essential.
