We are looking to recruit an energetic, creative & savvy Digital marketing professional who wants to make a difference in this dynamic, creative and progressive company.

Arroll Ltd is a strong and creative team who are progressing fast. We are one of the UK's leading manufacturers of cast iron radiators and baths based in Belfast. Our current customer base is B2B, ranging from SME to large PLC companies. This role is integral to our growth and business development plans. The right candidate will be a key strategic addition to the Team.

The creative Sales and Marketing Manager will be savvy enough to think on their feet, no fears or hang ups on social media and who can grow our Brand in Ireland. This candidate will have had experience in E-Marketing, Direct Sales, Campaign Management, Sales conversion and is exceptional at building good solid and trusting business relationships.

For the right candidate, this opportunity will allow you to build a customer base for Arroll Ltd in Ireland and gain not only valuable Business Development and Marketing experience but also be a Brand Ambassador. The position is answerable to the CEO and clear goals will be outlined and agreed from the outset.

Arroll as a progressive company has adopted new working hours that allows its team to enjoy long weekends off. By moving working hours to 8am - 6pm Monday to Thursday .

Key activities are:



Creating an E-marketing Campaign that supports your brand building agenda, Ireland wide B2B to build awareness and credibility for Arroll Ltd and generate leads and form connections Managing the Company Website and improving SEO Using analytics to identify areas for sales growth and to develop sales strategies Identifying key accounts and meeting sales targets as agreed with CEO Working autonomously as well as a Team Player Getting to the decision makers and building a trusted relationship Being an integral part of the Team to lead on your Sales projects whilst supporting and collaborating on others Attention to detail to capture the right information, be at the right table and be a strong influencer, all with integrity and genuine support for our Clients Bring something unique and different to the table to continue to add something to the overall business development of the Company

In addition to the above, here are the required skills, knowledge, capabilities, and education for this role:

Degree educated, preferably in a Marketing or Business subject 1+ years' experience working in a similar role or a highly motivated graduate who can demonstrate the core skills required to grow the brand Previous experience of dealing with PR Proven experience of developing and delivering innovative and effective marketing plans Experience with implementing a SEO strategy Strong user of IT systems and packages including Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Experience using various analytical tools including Google Analytics to provide reports to the management team. Ability to develop and grow brand identity and reach Experience of using various social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest to maximise potential opportunities

Essential:



Clean driving licence. Probation - TBD
Expected Start date ASAP

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
