Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced

Sales and Marketing Manager

to lead our efforts in promoting products, boosting sales, and strengthening our brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in

digital marketing, sales strategy, online marketplace management

(such as Amazon, eBay and many other platforms), and

email marketing campaigns

. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute

sales and marketing strategies

to drive product visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Manage and optimize

online marketplace accounts

(e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, etc.), including product listings, SEO, pricing strategies, promotions, and advertising campaigns. Plan and implement

digital marketing campaigns

across multiple channels (social media, email, paid ads, content marketing, etc.). Create, manage, and optimize

email marketing campaigns

to increase customer retention, generate leads, and drive conversions. Conduct

market research and competitor analysis

to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Monitor and analyze sales performance, marketing ROI, and customer feedback to improve strategies. Collaborate with product, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and a strong customer experience. Develop partnerships and promotional campaigns to enhance brand recognition and sales growth. Prepare regular

sales reports, forecasts, and marketing performance updates

for management.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

5+ years of experience

in sales and marketing, with at least

3 years in online marketplace sales

. Strong knowledge of

digital marketing tools, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot)

, and analytics. Proven ability to

drive sales growth

and manage promotional campaigns effectively. Experience in

content creation, branding, and performance marketing

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills. Self-motivated, creative, and results-oriented professional.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,420.00-33,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
