Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute
sales and marketing strategies
to drive product visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Manage and optimize
online marketplace accounts
(e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, etc.), including product listings, SEO, pricing strategies, promotions, and advertising campaigns.
Plan and implement
digital marketing campaigns
across multiple channels (social media, email, paid ads, content marketing, etc.).
Create, manage, and optimize
email marketing campaigns
to increase customer retention, generate leads, and drive conversions.
Conduct
market research and competitor analysis
to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, marketing ROI, and customer feedback to improve strategies.
Collaborate with product, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and a strong customer experience.
Develop partnerships and promotional campaigns to enhance brand recognition and sales growth.
Prepare regular
sales reports, forecasts, and marketing performance updates
for management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience
in sales and marketing, with at least
3 years in online marketplace sales
.
Strong knowledge of
digital marketing tools, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot)
, and analytics.
Proven ability to
drive sales growth
and manage promotional campaigns effectively.
Experience in
content creation, branding, and performance marketing
