Bids and Marketing Manager

Based at Bagley Croft, Hinksey Hill, Oxford, OX1 5BS

Oxford Architects are looking for Bids and Marketing Manager to join the team in Oxford.

Candidates should have experience in marketing, graphic presentation with good organisational skills.

The role includes:

Co-ordinating bid submissions including managing bid portals and contributing content. Building relationships with clients. Creating and managing practice graphic output including reports, presentations, and brochures. Develop and manage our marketing and business development strategy including market research, campaigns, and events. Content creation for, and management of our website and social media output.

Candidates should have:

Experience in an architectural practice or the construction industry. Preferred but not essential. Graphic skills with a strong eye for layout, clarity, hierarchy, and brand consistency. Enthusiasm for developing the role to assist with the ongoing development of the practice. Excellent spoken and written English, including proof-reading skills. A good teamwork ethos.

Salary range: 30k to 45k depending on experience
