Sales & Marketing Manager - Stunning Peterborough Pan- Asian Restaurant and Cocktail Bar

The Company:

This is an exciting time to get on board with this fantastic restaurant with a live teppanyaki cooking table for our customers. Katana restaurant is stylish, stunning, high-end, quality focused restaurant in the Peterborough.

The venue has a cocktail bar - Bubbles offering excellent cocktails, an extensive wine list and international spirits focusing on single malts and Japanese whiskies.

We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Katana Peterborough. As a Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies, whilst creating and executing multi-channel campaigns, promotions, and collaborations. You will also have the chance to work collaboratively with our Operations team to develop and execute local marketing opportunities.

The Role

As a Marketing Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance the brand's presence and drive revenue Manage and post in the Social Media channels like Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok and Linkedin channels Creative photography and videography skills along with the excellent editing knowledge of the software. Create, execute, and manage multi-channel campaigns, promotions, and collaborations that align with our core brand objectives Collaborate with the Ops team to develop and execute local marketing opportunities across our estate Oversee and continuously improve all marketing channels, including SEO, CRM, PPC, Paid Social & Digital Plan, create, and execute campaigns whilst also managing end-of-campaign wrap reports Provide weekly performance reports to the Key Stakeholders Own the marketing calendar and launch dates for all activity Help manage the marketing budget and tracking of invoices with suppliers Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to in all marketing activities Digital marketing experience with a solid understanding of analytics tools Stay up to date with marketing trends and industry news to inform the brand's marketing strategies
