About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic, commercially minded Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our brand growth and client acquisition strategy. This is a multifaceted role that blends marketing leadership, digital systems oversight, and business development. You'll be instrumental in launching our brand, driving revenue, and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Strategy
Develop and evolve Alpha Vita's brand identity across platforms
Lead omni-channel campaigns including PPC, SEO, social media, PR, and events
Build ambassador and influencer strategies to boost visibility
Manage content creation and day-to-day social media activity
Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive client acquisition and retention through strategic outreach
Develop sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets
Identify new revenue streams including corporate partnerships
Digital Systems & Website Oversight
Oversee setup and integration of website, booking systems, CRM, and marketing tools
Ensure seamless digital functionality and user experience
Business Development & Partnerships
Promote clinic services through strategic marketing and outreach
Build referral networks and corporate collaborations
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track KPIs including client growth, revenue, engagement, and ROI
Use data insights to refine marketing and sales strategies
Team Liaison & Appointment Coordination
Align marketing efforts with clinical operations
Optimise appointment scheduling to maximise service uptake
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in sales strategy, marketing campaign management, and brand development
Strong digital skills - CRM, website management, analytics, and automation tools
Excellent communication and project management abilities
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle sectors preferred
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
