Responsibilities

Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve targets. Analyse sales data and marketing metrics to assess performance and make informed decisions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners. Coordinate promotional events and campaigns to enhance brand awareness. Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or similar role within a relevant industry. Strong understanding of sales principles and marketing techniques. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data effectively. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams. A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not essential if experience is demonstrable.
