Monday to Thursday, 8:00 - 16:30, Friday 08:00 - 15:30

25,000-27,000 per annum

About the Role



We are seeking a highly organised, motivated and proactive sales and operations support to join our growing team. This is a diverse and hands-on role supporting both the day-to-day running of the office and the sales & operations teams. You'll be at the centre of the business -- coordinating key tasks, communicating with clients and suppliers, and helping ensure the business runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities



Office & Admin Operations



Manage daily office tasks and ensure smooth operations Answer incoming calls professionally and confidently, directing or resolving queries as appropriate Perform accurate and prompt data entry, ensuring all systems and records are up to date Maintain well-organised digital and physical filing systems Communicate daily with colleagues, clients, suppliers, and freight forwarders Provide general clerical support including correspondence, calendar management, and scheduling Work closely with the Commercial Director / Transport Manager to support the overall running of the business

Sales & Operational Support



Generate and communicate the Daily Loading Checklist Liaise with transport companies to coordinate deliveries and vehicle requirements Keep all delivery details and schedules accurate and up to date Communicate any delivery changes to clients clearly and efficiently Assist the sales team with tasks such as bracket takeoffs, scanning/printing, and document preparation Help manage and organise documentation for quotes, orders, and project files

What We're Looking For



Someone hardworking, dependable and highly organised Strong communication skills - both written and verbal A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy A positive attitude and willingness to learn and progress Confidence in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with Sage is preferred Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively A team player who is also confident working independently
