Location: South of England

Salary: 25,000 (plus commission)

We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Sales Appointment Coordinator to join our growing team.

Role Overview:

As the Sales Appointment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by managing leads, scheduling appointments for our surveyors, and following up with previous clients. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and proficiency in using CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call and qualify incoming leads to book appointments for our surveyors.

- Cold call previous leads to identify potential business opportunities.

- Manage the CRM system to ensure accurate lead tracking and appointment scheduling.

- Respond to incoming calls from existing and prospective clients, providing excellent customer service.

- Collaborate with the sales team to optimise appointment booking strategies and improve lead conversion.

- Meet and exceed monthly booking targets to maximise commission earnings.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in using CRM systems (experience with specific systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc., is a plus).

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
