Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Duties

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and face to face in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company procedures. Input orders into the diary. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance. Some admin support to other departments.

Experience

1 years timber experience preferred Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with customers. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism. A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers. Fencing sales experience would be a plus.

Hours of work

Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5pm & every other Saturday morning 8am - 12.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 27,000.00-30,000.00 per year
