Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Assist customers with product inquiries, providing knowledgeable and friendly service. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and arranging displays. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. Support inventory management by conducting stock checks and assisting with deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed accurately. Ability to work well within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Proficient in using technology, including point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications. A flexible approach to work hours, including weekends if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.50-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
