Sales Assistant

to help us deliver excellence through

CPD presentations

, precise

estimations

, and outstanding

client relationship management

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging

CPD (Continuing Professional Development)

presentations to architects, designers, and specifiers. Prepare and manage accurate

project estimations and quotations

. Build and maintain

strong relationships with both existing and new clients

. Proactively

follow up leads

, support the sales pipeline, and convert inquiries into projects. Manage and update the CRM system to track leads, follow-ups, and project progress. Work closely with internal teams to ensure project specifications and customer expectations are met. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the high-end glazing market.

About You

? Experience in a

sales

,

estimating

, or

technical assistant

role in construction, glazing, or architecture.
? Confident in delivering

CPD presentations

or willing to be trained.
? Proven ability to

build lasting client relationships

and deliver excellent service.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
? Organised, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (CRM and Microsoft Office skills a must).
? A strong interest in premium glazing, architecture, and modern design is a bonus.
