About the Role

We're looking for a confident and enthusiastic Trade Counter Salesperson to join our busy, customer-focused team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service at the trade counter Offer product advice and technical support to trade customers Merchandise stock and maintain a tidy sales area Process sales, returns, and customer orders accurately

About You

Previous experience in a builders' merchant or similar trade counter role is advantageous Positive attitude with excellent communication skills Confident in dealing with customers face-to-face Strong multitasker who remains calm under pressure A genuine team player with a strong work ethic
