The Role
We're looking for a proactive, target-driven Sales Associate to help us grow our partnerships with primary schools and nurseries. This is a part-time, flexible role--ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, and seeing the direct impact of their work.
You'll take ownership of outreach, relationship-building, and sales conversations that introduce our programs to new schools. Success in this role will be rewarded with generous performance bonuses and future pay increases based on results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and contact local schools and nurseries to introduce our football and futsal coaching services.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (PE leads, headteachers, nursery managers).
Sales Presentations: Confidently present our programs and highlight the benefits for children's physical, social, and emotional development.
Proposal Management: Create and present tailored proposals aligned with each school's needs and schedule.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed agreed weekly/monthly sales targets.
Reporting: Provide concise updates on leads, conversations, and closed deals.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in sales, business development, or outreach, ideally within education, sports, or community programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in presenting and negotiating with senior school staff.
Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working remotely.
Knowledge of the UK primary school sector is a plus.
